Elegantly Breathtaking
The “Elegantly Breathtaking” package is for the couple who wants the ultimate in wedding planning and coordination. This package is designed to assist in every step of the planning and execution of the wedding to ensure the most stress-free experience, from the engagement to the last dance and beyond.
This breathtaking package includes all aspects of the “Elegantly Coordinating” and “Elegantly Grand” packages, along with all of the following:
- A year or more prior to your wedding, we will meet with the Bride and Groom for an initial consultation. We will help you determine your vision, goals, and priorities in order to make your event spectacular.
- After hearing all of your thoughts and ideas, together we will create an original design concept that we will work into the entire wedding, from colors, favors, invitations, music, menus, and décor. The wedding will encompass all of the couple’s traditions and desires. We will sit down with you to review all of this in a wedding outline
- Assist in table layout, seating charts, and room design to maximize the space for your reception.
- Assist with planning the bridal shower, bachelor and bachlorette parties, and bridesmaid luncheon. We will work directly with the designated person who will be throwing each function.
- Help schedule wedding-night accommodations for the Bride and Groom, and make sure they have a special night once the wedding festivities have ended.
- Help schedule all appointments for hair and make-up trials, as well as day-of services, along with manicures, pedicures, and any other treatments needed for the bride, groom, parents, and attendants.
- Order invitations, schedule all printing and calligraphy for envelopes, stuff envelopes, ensure proper postage, and mail all invitations (in two rounds, if desired).
- Make sure to include all necessary maps, directions, and accommodation cards for guests as well as arrange transportation, if required.
- Track all RSVPs and confirm all head-count numbers to vendors and caterers.
- We will work with the Bride and Groom to design programs to match with the theme of the ceremony as well as the wedding. We will also order any accessories for the ceremony such as unity candles, aisle runners, and yalmakahs.
- Arrange for any printing or calligraphy for the escort cards, place cards, and table numbers.
- Arrange initial bridal fitting and assist in choosing gown. We will also attend all bridal fittings for the bride and bridesmaids dresses, if you request it.
- Assist in selecting gowns and tuxedos that will fit with the theme and color of wedding for all attendants (bridesmaids, groomsmen, and groom).
- Help create a favor that fits the theme and style of the wedding. We will also make arrangements for purchase and delivery of the favors to the reception site.
- Assist in purchasing attendants’ gifts. We can wrap and bring them to the rehearsal dinner as well.
- We will assist in purchasing all accessories for the wedding such as the guest book, toasting flutes, cake server, and ring pillow, and coordinate all items with the theme and style of the wedding.
- We will assist in shopping for guest bags and baskets, ensuring they are delivered to the hotel prior to you’re guest’s arrival. These bags or baskets may include something special for guests to remember the wedding by and may include bride’s and groom’s names and the date of the wedding.
- Plan, locate, and reserve venue for rehearsal dinner. We will also advise and assist with menu selections.
- Arrange for flowers, decorations, and audio-visual equipment.
- Locate and reserve a venue for brunch the morning after the wedding. We will also advise and assist with menu selections.
*Note: The pricing of the event is determined based upon services, scope and size of the event, range of coordination, number of vendors, size of bridal party, number of guests, ceremony and reception locations, and amount of time prior to event.*
