Elegantly Grand

The “Elegantly Grand” package is for the couple who wants to be involved in the planning with step-by-step assistance from a coordinator.

This package consists of everything included in the “Elegantly Coordinating” Package, along with all of the following:

A year or more prior to your wedding we will meet with you for an initial consultation. We will help you determine your vision, goals, and priorities in order to make your event spectacular.
We will help create a distinct style and design for your wedding (venue selection, wedding colors, and themes).
Help with finances and budget planning with an all-inclusive wedding budget.
Maintain budget to include tracking all payments, meeting all deadlines and confirming payments with vendors. We will also make sure to maximize the budget without exceeding it.
Develop and manage a calendar to ensure all appointments, trials, tasting, and fittings are booked with adequate time.
Assist in all appointments from the ceremony and reception, caterers, florists, musicians, rental companies, transportation, officiates, and photographers/videographers.
Assist in choosing wedding favors.
Ensure all Bridal fittings run smoothly with Bride and Bridesmaids; help with Groom’s attire and rental of tuxedos.
Assist in the invitation process. We will give suggestions on vendors, wording, and style to meet the wedding needs. We will also confirm and proofread all invitations prior to final printing.
Arrange for any printing or calligraphy of envelopes, escort cards, place cards, and table numbers.
Assist with the design, layout, and wording of ceremony programs, as well as proofreading and finalizing all orders.
Assist and attend rehearsal dinner for maximized support for the Bride, Groom and Families.
